What is the Smucker's Online Store Subscription Program?
The Smucker's Online Store Subscription Program is a feature that allows you to set up automatic reorders of eligible products on a schedule convenient for you, and at a 10% discount off of the price of the item at the time of shipment. All eligible Subscription Program orders are shipped for free using Standard Delivery within the contiguous 48 U.S. states. Please see the following FAQ for a list of eligible products.

How does subscribing save me money?
All Subscription Program orders come with a 10% discount over the regular price of the item at the time the item is shipped. In addition, eligible Subscription Program shipments come with free Standard Delivery.
Does signing up for the Smucker's Online Store Subscription Program lock in the price I will pay?
When you place a subscription order, your 10% discount will be calculated off the price for the item on the day each order is shipped. Therefore, if the price of the item increases or decreases, the amount you are charged will also increase or decrease, even though the percent-off remains the same.
When do I pay for my Subscription Program order?
You pay for subscription items only as they are shipped. For each shipment, we will charge your credit card for the price of the item at the time the shipment is processed less the Subscription Program 10% discount, plus any applicable sales tax.
What are your options for delivery schedules?
Subscription orders are available in one through six month intervals. You select the frequency with which you want to receive new orders, and we will send out the shipments on that schedule automatically.
Once I sign up, when will I get my first order?
As soon as you complete your subscription order, we will begin processing your first order. All eligible Subscription Program orders ship for free using Standard Delivery within the 48 contiguous U.S. states. Visit our Shipping Information

What happens after I get my first shipment?
We will automatically process your next shipment on the schedule you selected when you placed your Subscription Program order. Two days before each shipment, we will send an email to the address associated with the subscription to let you know the process is about to begin and so you will have a chance to make any necessary updates.
How do I update my subscription?
You may change the product quantity and frequency of your subscription as well as the billing and shipping address and payment method at any time online using Manage My Subscriptions
through your account. Updates will be applied to all future orders associated with the subscription.
Changes made do not apply to shipments that have already entered the shipping process. If you're unsure whether a shipment is in the process of being sent to you, check the orders listed in Manage My Subscriptions in your account and look for the most recent order and shipment date associated with your subscription. Please note that changing your shipping address may affect the amount of sales tax you pay.
Can I upgrade my shipping method?
All eligible Subscription Program orders are shipped via Standard Delivery

Can I ship my subscription order to multiple addresses?
No. The Subscription Program offer is valid on only one shipping address per order.
Can I send a subscription as a gift?
Yes. Simply check "Is this a gift?" on the product page in the Subscribe Now and Save Box after selecting the quantity and delivery dates. Your Subscription Gift Options will display on the Shipping Information page during checkout. You will be able to choose the length (duration) of your gift subscription, what type of gift card to include (print, email, or include a card with shipment), and a personalized gift message.
Can I pay for my subscription as well as other items in the same order?
No. Subscription orders are handled separately from regular non-subscription orders, and must be paid for separately. If you have non-subscription items in your cart and you add a subscription item to your cart, you will be taken through the checkout process for the subscription item first. As soon as your subscription order is complete, you will be given the opportunity to complete the non-subscription order. You will need to enter your payment information again for the non-subscription order.
How do I cancel my subscription?
You may cancel your subscription any time, online, 24 hours a day using Manage My Subscriptions through your account. You will only be charged for orders that have shipped.
Can I subscribe to eligible products if I live outside of the contiguous 48 states?
For shipments outside the 48 contiguous U.S. states (AK, HI, US Territories) free shipping does not apply. Please call Customer Service to place your order: 1-800-742-6729 (Monday through Friday, 8am to 6pm ET). Extra charges will apply for these shipments. For shipping restrictions specific to a product, see the Product Details section of the product detail page. We currently do not offer international shipping.
