Q. Can I enclose a gift card?
A. Yes. You can provide your own company gift card, or we will be happy to enclose one of our gift cards (Season's Greetings or Happy Holidays) with your company name on it.

Q. Are there any discounts available?
A. Yes, we have a Volume Discount Program for business gifts. The discount level is based on the number of units purchased. Click here to view our Volume Discount Program.

Q. Is there a minimum purchase requirement for Business Gifts?
A. Yes, there is a $200 minimum purchase requirement for Business Gift orders. For non-business gift orders, please visit Smucker's Online Store.

Q. What payment options are available?
A. Payment can be made by credit card or by check with your order.

Q. Can we purchase a gift box customized for us?
A. We have two options for customized gifts:

• Our Create-Your-Own Giftbox can be customized by choosing the eight Smucker products you want to include. Your choices include our Traditional, Low Sugar, and 100% Fruit Spreads, as well as Spoonable Ice Cream Toppings.
• We can add your special label to our giftboxes for an additional .25 per giftbox.

Q. Are the gift sets taxable?
A. The only business giftsets that are taxable are our Collectible Plate & Preserves and our Ice Cream Shoppe. The tax rate for items shipping from our Orrville, Ohio location is 6.25%.

Q. What are the shipping charges
A. Shipping charges are 15% of your order value for orders shipping to one location.
If shipping to more than one address, add $6.00 per additional address.
Orders shipping to individual addresses will ship via FedEx ground service.
