Q. Can I enclose a gift card?
A. Yes. You can provide your own company gift card, or we will be happy to enclose one of our gift cards (Season's Greetings or Happy Holidays) with your company name on it.
Q. Are there any discounts available?
A. Yes, we have a Volume Discount Program for business gifts. The discount level is based on the number of units purchased. Click here to view our Volume Discount Program.
Q. Is there a minimum purchase requirement for Business Gifts?
A. Yes, there is a $200 minimum purchase requirement for Business Gift orders. For non-business gift orders, please visit Smucker's® Online Store.
Q. What payment options are available?
A. Payment can be made by credit card or by check with your order.
Q. Can we purchase a gift box customized for us?
A. Our Create-Your-Own Giftbox can be customized by choosing the eight Smucker products you want to include. Your choices include our Traditional, Reduced Sugar, Organic and 100% Fruit Spreads, as well as Spoonable Ice Cream Toppings.
Q. What are the shipping charges
A. Shipping charges are 15% of your order value for orders shipping to one location.
If shipping to more than one address, add $6.00 per additional address.
Orders shipping to individual addresses will ship via FedEx ground service.
